Haadfor Investments SA (HI), an investment company with substantial private funds, founded by Grégoire Comina and Florian Steiger to establish a solid financial arm which will allow them to seize opportunities to acquire land and buildings of strategic interest in the resorts of Crans-Montana, Verbier and Zermatt.

The real estate market in the mountain region resorts of Valais has undergone many changes, ranging from an increasingly sophisticated and varied demand to a market supply subject to new regulations.

All of the classic market stakeholders have been destabilized; owners, developers, buyers and sellers as well as the authorities, legal advisers and financial institutions.

As long as there is an imbalance in this market and the stakeholders are reorganizing, there are open investment opportunities for projects that anticipate new trends.
